Responsible Play
Most people play without a problem. For some it stops being a choice. This page is about spotting that early, and the tools to stay in control.
The house edge is real. Every real-money game is built so the operator wins over time. The longer you play, the closer your results move to that built-in loss. There is no strategy, pattern or system that changes it. Treat any money you stake as the price of entertainment, and never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
1. How the odds actually work
- Every round is independent. A run of losses does not make a win "due", and a run of wins does not mean you are on a streak. The maths resets every round.
- RTP is a long-run average. A 97% return-to-player figure means that across millions of rounds the game pays back about 97% of what is staked. It says nothing about your session.
- Chasing losses makes it worse. Increasing your stake to win back what you have lost increases how much you can lose, not your chance of winning.
- Provably fair means verifiable, not favourable. It lets you confirm the result was not tampered with. It does not remove the house edge.
2. Warning signs
Worth stopping and thinking if you recognise several of these:
- Playing with money meant for rent, bills, food or debts.
- Borrowing money, or selling things, to keep playing.
- Playing longer or for more than you planned, repeatedly.
- Trying to win back losses.
- Hiding how much you play, or lying about it.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing.
- Play getting in the way of work, study, sleep or relationships.

Controls marked [NOT YET BUILT] are not available yet. We would rather say so plainly than list a safeguard that does not exist. Until they ship, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will apply a limit or close your account manually.
4. Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion stops you using the service for a fixed period. Once it starts:
- It cannot be reversed early, by you or by us. That is the point of it.
- You will not receive marketing from us.
- Any withdrawable balance is returned to you.
- We will refuse attempts to open a new account, and close any we find.
When the period ends, access is not automatic — you have to ask, and there is a cooling-off period before it takes effect.
Self-exclusion here only covers RewardLane. To exclude yourself across many operators at once, use a national scheme such as [GAMSTOP / NATIONAL SCHEME].
5. Age verification
You must be 18 or over. We verify age and identity and will lock an account until a check is passed where required.
If you share a device with someone under 18, filtering software can block gambling sites: Net Nanny, Qustodio, or Gamban, which blocks gambling sites and apps specifically.
Any funds staked by someone underage are void and will be returned; winnings are forfeited.
